Welcome to Glimpse ("Glimpse," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms govern your use of the Glimpse mobile app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be 18+ (or older where required by law).
  • Glimpse is invite-only. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
You can request account deletion anytime: open your profile, tap the ellipsis next to your name, then Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is completed within 7 days of an accepted request.

2. Your Content & License to Glimpse

  • You own your content, including your photos and the AI try-on looks created from them.

  • When you submit photos, you grant Glimpse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and send them to our service providers to create and deliver your personalized try-on looks, and to display your generated looks and member profile within your Scenes. This license does not transfer ownership.

  • AI-generated looks may contain errors and are entertainment, not promises of fit or appearance.

  • We may use your content to promote the Service only with your permission. Email contact@helloglimpse.com with questions.

  • This license ends when your content is deleted from the Service, except for reasonable time to clear caches and backups.

3. Visibility of Your Looks

  • Your generated looks and member profile are visible to other members in your Scenes. Your source-photo library is never a public feed. Members may view your looks on their devices; think about what you submit.

4. Rules: What You Can’t Do

  • Don't submit or do anything that is illegal; infringes others' rights (copyright, trademark, publicity/privacy); hateful or harassing; sexually explicit or intimate imagery; violent; doxxing; spam/scams; malware; or interferes with the Service. Only submit photos of yourself, or images you own or have permission to use and process. Never submit images of minors for try-ons. Don't upload others' personal data or likeness without permission.

5. Safety, Reporting & Moderation

  • Long-press another member's look to Report or Block.

  • Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

  • Blocking prevents you and that member from seeing each other's looks in Glimpse. Nobody is notified.

  • We use human review to curate content before it appears in Scenes, and we respond to reports in a timely manner.

  • We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts at our discretion for safety, legal, or policy reasons.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Except for your content, materials in the Service (software, design, logos, trademarks) belong to Glimpse or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. No Scraping; No Reverse Engineering

  • No automated access, scraping/crawling, bulk downloading, or rate-abusive use. Don’t attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or bypass security or access controls.

8. Privacy

  • Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including how photos are processed with third-party AI services. It forms part of these Terms. Find it in-app (Profile → Settings → Privacy Policy) and on our website.

9. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties (including merchantability, fitness, non-infringement) to the fullest extent allowed by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glimpse and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

  • You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glimpse and its affiliates from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Copyright & Takedown

  • If you believe content infringes your rights, email contact@helloglimpse.com with details (the work, the URL/content at issue, your contact info, and a good-faith statement). We may remove or disable content and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.

13. Changes; Service Availability

  • We may change or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; the “Last Updated” date shows the current version. If you continue using the Service after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Venue

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Courts located in San Francisco County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court.
